8 John 1, chapter 4

An Act to merge the Constituencies of Wells and Sacarver for the purpose of the representation of the municipalities of the Same, owing to a lack of population on the islands thereon and a vacany in the Commons therefrom, and for purposes connected therewith

Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, and with the consent of the current Commons assembled, the following:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Constituencies (No. 1) Act, 2024, Bill C811, c. 4.
  2. The Commons Constituencies of Sacarver and Wells shall be merged to form the constituency of Whiskey Islands.
  3. The Member of Parliament for Sacarver shall become the Member of Parliament for this combined riding.
