8 John 1, chapter 5

An Act to merge the Constituencies of Braunfels and Northumbria for the purpose of the representation of the municipalities of the Same, owing to a lack of population based around the United States of America near the Municipalities and a vacany in the Commons therefrom, and for purposes connected

  1. This Act shall be known as the Constituencies (No. 2) Act, 2024, Bill C811, c. 5.
  2. The Commons Constituencies of Braunfels and Northumbria shall be merged to form the constituency of New Texas.
  3. The Member of Parliament for Northumbria shall become the Member of Parliament for this combined riding.
  4. The short title defined in Constituencies Act, c. 4, s. 1 shall be amended to Constituencies (No. 1) Act.
