An Act to Make Effect to a House of Lords Ruling regarding the Honourable Ordinary Seaman Thomas Jacobs, Secretary of State for the Interior, Member of Parliament, His Royal Navy, To Remove the Citizenship of the Same, and for purposes connected therewith

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, to provide effect to a motion of the current Lords assembled, the following:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Jacobs Act, 2023, Bill L741.
  2. A motion was deliberated within the House of Lords to expel Jacobs as a Secretary and revoke his citizenship, and was passed, therefore the Honourable Ordinary Seaman Thomas Jacobs, Secretary of State for the Interior, Member of Parliament, His Royal Navy:-
    1. shall be removed from the House of Commons, and removed of any parliamentary or governmental office,
    2. shall be removed as a member of His Royal Navy, and
    3. shall be removed as a citizen of Baustralia.
