An Act respecting the Twenty-Fifth Chapter of the Statutes of the Parliament of Baustralia that sat during the Seventh Year of King John, Commonly called the Jacobs Act, and the House of Lords Order which led to such Act, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. 7 John 1 c. 25, and the Lords order which this Act enables, will be repealed with immediate effect, in accordance with Rex v. Jacobs, 7 John 1 vol. 1, p. 1, SCB.
  2. This Act shall be known as the Jacobs (Court Repeal) Act, 2023, Bill P711.
