6 John 1, chapter 47
An Act to provide for the Creation of a certain partnership between His Majesty the King and the Countess Heaman, that the Countess may enjoy the use of the style of Her Highness, and for Other Purposes Connected Therewith
- This Act shall be known as the Heaman Act, T6241.
- The Right Honourable Commander the 1st Countess Heaman shall be permitted special authority to bear the style of Her Highness.
- This shall be permitted through the creation of a partnership between His Majesty and Her Highness, until a termination of the partnership, or until marriage and creation as Queen Consort.
- Such partnership is non-contractual, and is not to be considered an act of marriage or engagement, and is a requirement for the grant of style.

- JOHN by the Grace of God of Baustralia, and the Baustralian Realms, King. To all to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting! Whereas We declare Our Royal Pleasure that the right trusty and right well beloved Cousin █████████████████, the Countess Heaman, should have the style title or attribute of Highness, And Whereas We are desirous of defining and fixing the style and title by which Her Highness █████████████████, the Countess Heaman, shall be designated. Now Know Ye that in the exercise of Our Royal and undoubted prerogative and of our especial grace we do hereby declare Our Will and Pleasure that our Earl Marshal of Baustralia or his Deputy for the time being do cause these Our Letters or the Enrolment thereof to be recorded in our College of Arms to the end that Our Officers of Arms and all others may take due notice thereof. In Witness Whereof We have caused these our Letters to be made Patent at Wabasso the seventeenth day of June in the sixth year of Our Reign.
