7 John 1, chapter 6

An Act to provide for the Termination of the partnership between His Majesty the King and the Countess Heaman, that the Countess may enjoy the use of the style of The Most Honourable, and to revoke the use of the style of Her Highness, to repeal the fourty-seventh Chapter of the Statues of the Parliament that sat during the Sixth Year of the Reign of King John, and for Other Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. The fourty-seventh Chapter of the Statues of the Parliament that sat during the Sixth Year of the Reign of King John shall be repealed.
  2. The style of Her Highness upon the Countess shall be revoked.
    1. The Countess may use the style of Most Honourable, usually reserved for marchionesses.
  3. The partnership between His Majesty the King and the Countess shall be terminated.
  4. This Act shall be known as the Heaman (Repeal) Act, 2023, Bill T741.
