9 John 1, chapter 6

An Act to consolidate all criminal law in Baustralia into a frequently revised code, and to authorize the publication of such a code, to serve as a legal alternative to the Statutes of the Realm, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Consolidated Revised Criminal Code (Authorization) Act, Bill 983, 2025
  2. The Secretary of State will be responsible for the review of all statutes of the realm and the compilation of all criminal infractions which have been created under any statute of the realm.
  3. Upon completion of the review, the Secretary of State shall publish a full compilation of the State’s criminal law, which is to be named as the “Baustralian Criminal Code”, in addition to explanatory information and any relevant opinions of any court cases concerning any piece of legislation contained therein.
  4. The publication of the Baustralian Criminal Code shall take place no later than four months following royal assent being granted to this present bill.
  5. The Secretary of State will update the Baustralian Criminal Code upon the enactment of any new criminal offence by the Parliament or upon the release of any opinion of any criminal court case.
