9 John 1, chapter 5

An Act to sever the Second Session of the Eighth Parliament of Baustralia and prepend it to the Ninth Parliament of Baustralia, such that any sessions between the October 2024 and 2025 Elections are considered the same Ninth Parliament, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Eighth and Ninth Parliaments of Baustralia (Reconfiguration) Act, 972, 2025.
  2. The Second Session of the Eighth Parliament of Baustralia shall be severed and prepended to the First Session of the Ninth Parliament of Baustralia.
  3. The merged Sessions will be known as the First Session of the Ninth Parliament of Baustralia.
