An Act to permit His Majesty the King to revoke the Titles, Styles and Honours of the Right Honourable Countess Heaman, and for connected purposes
Be it Enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of Parliament assembled, as follows–
Preface
- This Act will be known as the Heaman (Revocation) Act, Bill 9172, 2026.
Revocaton
- His Majesty the King, upon the entry of this Act into law, will have the authority to remove The Right Honourable Countess Heaman from the roll of the peerage.
- Upon the removal of the said peer from the roll of the peerage, she loses the right to enjoy the title of Countess, the style of Right Honourable and any further titles, styles and honours bestowed by His Majesty the King, Parliament or any other lawful Baustralian authority.
- The said peer, upon their removal from the roll of the peerage, will lose any special rights that have been bestowed upon her by His Majesty the King, Parliament or any other lawful Baustralian authority.
Denaturalization
- Upon the entry of this Act into law, the Secretary of State will have the authority to denaturalise the said peer from her Baustralian citizenship.
- The Secretary of State has the further authority to denaturalise any siblings and parents of the said peer from their citizenships.
