8 John 1, chapter 7

An Act to Extend the Colony of Culver to encompass the Quail Hill Open Space Preserve, excluding park amenities, the Laskaridian Dominion of Noucastire, and the fire station located therein, and to apply Colonial Road numbers to various trails in the same, and for purposes connected therewith

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, the following:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Imperial Boundaries Act (Culver), Bill T831, 2024, c. 7.
  2. The Colony of Culver shall be expanded to encompass the Quail Hill Open Space Preserve, located within Irvine, California.
    1. Park amenities, located on the east side of the territory, shall not form part of this claim, and form a Californian enclave.
    2. The fire station, located on the east side of the territory, north of the aforementioned amenities, and its access road, except at the intersection of the Shady Canyon Trail, shall not form part of this claim, and form a Californian enclave.
    3. The Laskaridian Dominion of Noucastire shall not form part of this claim, and shall form an enclave.
  3. Various trails in Culver will assume Colonial Road numbering.
    1. The trail which the King John Bridge carries, terminating at Irvine's Strawberry Farms Road, shall be numbered Colonial Road 1.
    2. The trail known as the Quail Hill Loop Trail shall be numbered Colonial Road 2.
    3. The trail which leads from the Quail Hill Loop Trail through the access parking lot, and terminating at Irvine's Shady Canyon Drive, shall be numbered Colonial Road 2A.
    4. The following shall be numbered Colonial Road 3:-
      1. The trail known as University Trail, up to the Juanita Moe Trail.
      2. The trail known as Juanita Moe Trail, from the University Trail, up to the Shady Canyon Trail.
      3. The trail known as Shady Canyon Trail, from the Juanita Moe Trail, south to the border of Culver.
