An Act to Establish the titles and styles of the Crown, and for purposes connected therewith

Preface

  1. The short title of this Act is the Royal Titles and Styles Act, 2025.

Royal Titles and Styles

  1. The titles and styles borne by the Crown of Baustralia will be the following in English-
    1. “XX, By the Grace of God, King of Baustralia and of the Baustralian Realms and Territories”.
  2. The titles and styles borne by the Crown of Baustralia will be the following in Latin-
    1. XX, Dei Gratia, Rex Baustraliae et Terrarum Quae In Ditione Sunt Baustraliae.
  3. The Crown may, by Order of Council, amend or otherwise change the royal titles and styles, subject to the advice and consent of the Cabinet.
