An Act to Establish powers enabling the regulation and establishment of routes and transport routes, and for purposes connected therewith

Preface

1. The short title of this Act is the Routes and Transport Routes Act, 2025.

2. The relevant ministry tasked with home affairs will create orders relating to the establishment of various routes within Baustralia and international routes as well, and will be promulgated by an Order of Council.
3. The relevant ministry tasked with home affairs will create orders relating to the standards, forms and templates of such entities utilised in routes as appropriate, and will be promulgated by Order of Council.
