8 John 1, chapter 3
An Act to repeal the Thirty-Sixth Chapter of the Statute of Parliament which sat during the Third Year of the Reign of King John, to repeal the Second Chapter of the Statute of Parliament which sat during the Eighth Year of the Reign of King John, and to allow the government to approve wordmarks, and for purposes connected therewith
- This Act shall be known as the Communications (Office Wordmarks) Repeal Act, 2024, Bill T831, c. 1.
- 3 John 1 c. 36 and 8 John 1 c. 2 shall be repealed.
- The use of wordmarks by departments, offices and equivalents of the government, shall be regulated by the government, and not by statute of Parliament.
