An Act to Regulate the provisions of Marriages in Baustralia, and for purposes connected therewith

Preface

  1. The short title of this Act is the Marriages Act, 2025.

Marriages

  1. A contract of marriage can be held between any sexes or any gender identities in Baustralia.
  2. Marriages or other forms of partnerships in all other jurisdictions of Baustralia will be regarded as legal in Baustralia, once the marriage or other forms of partnerships in questions has been legally recognized before a Baustralian court.
