An Act to Establish the Baustralian Armed Forces, and for purposes connected therewith

Be it Enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of Parliament assembled, as follows–

Preface

  1. The short title for this Act is the Armed Forces Act, 2025.

Baustralian Armed Forces

  1. Baustralia will have a professional and trained armed forces for purposes of defence and security, known collectively as the Baustralian Armed Forces.
  2. The Crown, or Sovereign, will be the Commander-in-Chief of the Baustralian Armed Forces.
  3. The management and administration of the Royal Baustralian Armed Forces will be under the control of the relevant government ministry for defence.
  4. The day-to-day personnel management and professional administration of the Baustralian Armed Forces will be under the control of the relevant committee of armed forces members for defence.
  5. The Crown, in consultation with the College of Arms of Baustralia, will be capable of the design, form and layout of any insignia or artistic representation of all entities and their subunits referred herein this Act, and promulgating the same by an Order of Council.

Branches of the Baustralian Armed Forces

  1. The following will be the branches of the Baustralian Armed Forces-
    1. the Baustralian Army (BA); and
    2. His Royal Navy (HRN).
  2. There will be a reserve corps of soldiers known as the Baustralian Armed Forces Reserve (BAFR).
  3. The Crown, in consultation with the relevant government ministry tasked with home affairs and Cabinet, will be capable of establishing new agencies, entities or subordinate bodies to the aforesaid bodies of armed forces, by Order of Council.
