An Act to Incorporate a Section of Land from Laskaridia into the Empire of Baustralia as a Colony Thereof and to Enable the Colony to Assemble for the Purposes of Demonstrating to His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty the King the Ability to Govern and to lay out limitations for the Self-Governance of a Realm of the Baustralian Empire, and for Purposes Connected Therewith

1. This Act shall be known as the Culver Act, Bill T811, 2024, c. 1.

Land Additions

2. The lands granted to Baustralia from Laskaridia shall be incorporated to form a colony of Culver.

Provisional Government

3. A provisional government for the Colony of Culver shall be assembled, with the Marquess Villevoiche of Culver being appointed Lord Governor, and George Celenic as Premier.
4. The government shall attempt to form a working ministry in or before six months, where a report is made to the House of Lords of Baustralia, by the Governor, on the status of the Colony, and if
1. it is successful, and the Colony is elevated to Dominion status, or,
2. it is unsuccessful, and requires more effort, and must report in another six months, or,
3. it is unsuccessful, and the provisional government will be prorogued.
5. The government shall create offices for the enforcement of Baustralian laws, and all legal authority shall derive from the same.
6. When a permanent government is formed, it will be permitted to have its own autonomous legal system, where Baustralian law will serve as common law, and no longer as statute law.
7. Defence shall remain a matter of the Baustralian Armed Forces. National ensigns, badges, etc. where approved shall be permitted.
