An Act to sever the Thurlow half of Pittsburgh-Thurlow, and severing the Englewood portion of Cascadia, to form the Territory of Wangatangia under the provisions of the Fourteenth Chapter of the Statutes of the Parliament which sat duiring the Eighth year of the Reign of King John, to unite the Territory with the Territory of Slaifchak, to form the United Territories of Wangatangia and Slaifchak under the provisions of the same Act of Parliament, to rename the Town of Pittsburgh-Thurlow to the Town of Pittsburgh and for purposes connected therewith

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty the following:-

Preface

1. This Act shall be known as the Territories Act, Bill 923, 2025.

Wangatangia

2. The Territory of Wangatangia shall be formed within the Commonwealth of Baustralia under the provisions of 8 John 1 c. 14.
3. The Territory of Wangatangia shall be formed of the region of Thurlow in the Town of Pittsburgh-Thurlow in the County of Vienna, and the region of Englewood in the City of Cascadia in the County of Holderton, and the same regions shall be severed from their respective municipalities, counties and from Baustralia, under the provisions of 8 John 1 c. 14.
4. The territory formed from Pittsburgh-Thurlow shall constitute the Town of Thurlow, and the territory formed from Cascadia shall constitute the Town of Englewood.

Union of Territories

5. The Territory of Slaifchak and Territory of Wangatangia shall unify, taking the name of Wangatangia and Slaifchak, and the style of United Territories.
6. The office of Chief Commissioner of the United Territories of Wangatangia and Slaifchak, at the time of enactment, shall be vested in the Marquess of Bouland.
7. The Town of Englewood shall form the capital of the United Territories.

Provisions

8. The Town of Pittsburgh-Thurlow shall be renamed the Town of Pittsburgh Bouland.
