An Act to Incorporate the United Empire of Opstandia into the Baustralian Empire for the Purposes of carrying out an Operation of the Baustralian Armed Forces with assistance from the Former Emperor of Opstandia and the Prime Minister of Opstandia, to define Titles for the Former Emperor, to define certain Symbols, and for Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Opstandia Act, 2023, Bill T751.
  2. The United Empire of Opstandia shall form an Empire within the Baustralian Empire.
  3. Opstandia shall retain its government, and be fully sovereign from Baustralia, except, in matters of a secondary flag (see section 5), in matters of defence, and through personal union of the King of Baustralia.
  4. This status shall last a month before being returned to the Emperor of Opstandia
  5. The red ensign shall serve as a secondary flag of Opstandia, and the current flag shall retain primary status.
  6. The former Emperor of Opstandia shall be the Viceroy and Governor-General.
