7 John 1, chapter 7
An Act to Establish a Baustralian Colony by the name of Slaifchak, in the Canadian Municpality of Ottawa, totalling Three-and-a-third Acres, and to Establish Various Symbols and Colours in connection with the Colony, and for Purposes Connected Therewith
Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty and the Commons assembled, as follows:-
- This Act shall be known as the Slaifchak Act, L711, 2023.
- The territorial boundaries of the Colony of Slaifchak shall be:-
- The lands occupying the two-hundred-and-seventy-second civic number on Cunningham Avenue, in the 18th lot of the former township of Gloucester,
- The lands occupying the two-thousand-and-seventy-sixth civic number on Palmer Avenue in the same lot and former township, and
- any land which by straight edges, connect the two parcels of land, including Cunningham Avenue, to be designated Colonial Road 1.
- The arms of the Colony of Slaifchak shall be defined as follows:-
- For a crown, the Royal Crown Proper.
- For a crest, upon a royal helm mantled Azure doubled Or, a wreath of Azure and Or, thereon a lion passant guardant royally crowned bearing in his dexter forepaw, a red ensign defaced with the escutcheon, all Proper.
- For an escutcheon, Or a lion rampant bearing in his dexter forepaw, a serpent all Sable, on a chief Argent, a saltire Azure fimbriated Or.
- For supporters, two lions Or armed and langued Gules,
- For a compartment, a grassy mound vert.
- The flag of the Colony of Slaifchak shall be a red ensign defaced with the colonial Arms, as in the crest of the arms.
- For purposes of Colonial Roads, shields shall be of the standard pattern, with a gold background and blue foreground.
- At the time of enactment, the Lord Governor shall be the Marquess of Ottawa.
