An Act regarding Municipal Lines, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. Any municipalities that choose to form concession roads shall follow these standards:
    1. The roads shall be at
      1. 50 metre intervals, or
      2. 150 metre intervals for large municipalities.
    2. Fire routes shall be erected in high risk areas, numbered by concession, and with an alphabetic order if multiple in concession.
    3. The roads shall be signed with a black circle, with the concession number in the centre, with black tabs on both top and bottom, the municipality name in the top, and ‘MUNICIPAL LINE’ on the bottom.
  2. This Act shall be known as the Municipal Lines Act, 2023, Bill T731.
