7 John 1, chapter 37

An Act to amalgamate Certain Municipalities in Relation to the Imperial Boundaries Act (Ostreum, Wangatangia, and Whiskey Islands), as well as their Constituencies, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Constituencies (No. 4) Act, Bill T7151.
  2. From Lake Michigan, within the County of Whiskey Islands,
    1. all lands west of Paloman Islas Altas shall be amalgamated with Wells.
    2. all lands east of Paloman Islas Altas shall be amalgamated with Scriver.
  3. Within the County of Holderton,
    1. the municipalities of Cascadia, Kingstown, Mayhew and Englewood shall be amalgamated.
    2. the municipality of Cornwall shall be incorporated into the town of Redmond.
  4. The County of Pittsburgh shall be amalgamated and incorporated into the County of Vienna, and form the municipality of Pittsburgh-Thurlow.
  5. The Constiuency of Wells shall be formed to represent the whole amalgamation as described in section 2a. (Wlls.)
  6. The Constiuency of Scriver shall be formed to represent the whole amalgamation as described in section 2b. (Scvr.)
  7. The Constiuency of Cascadia shall represent the whole amalgamation as described in section 3a.
  8. The Constiuency of Redmond shall represent Cornwall as described in section 3b.
  9. The Constiuency of Pittsburgh shall represent the whole amalgamation as described in section 4 as the Constituency of Pittsburgh-Thurlow.
