7 John 1, chapter 3

An Act to amend the Constitutional Oaths to conform to His Majesty's royal style, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. The Oaths in the fifth subsection of the second chapter of the Statutes of the Parliament which sat during the Second Year of the Reign of King John, shall all be amended such that ‘John I’ reads ‘John’, without the regnal number.
  2. This Act shall be known as the Oaths Act, 2023, Bill T721.
