An Act to Enable His Majesty to apply signature to a Treaty with Paloma, and for purposes connected therewith

1. This Act shall be known as the Paloma Act, 2023, Bill T791.
2. This Act shall permit His Majesty to sign and make effect to a Treaty of Amicability with the Free Socialist State of Paloma.
3. This Act shall authorize the payment of  ᛒ42·68 for the purchase of a McGrathic pattern flag of the Kingdom of Baustralia, and a flag of the Free Socialist State of Paloma, so as to fulfill the treaty contained in the schedule of this Act.
4. The video conference shall take place upon the arrival of the flags of the two states, to Baustralia and Paloma. Paloma shall purchase the flag to be used within Paloma for such conference.

Schedule

A Treaty of Amicability and Recognition Between the Free Socialist State of Paloma and the Empire of Baustralia

5. Paloma and Baustralia in this treaty refer to the Free Socialist State of Paloma, and the Empire and Kingdom of Baustralia, respectively.
6. Paloma and Baustralia shall enter into amicable relations, and recognize their sovereignty.
7. Paloma and Baustralia shall purchase flags of each other in recognition of this treaty.
8. Paloma and Baustralia shall not engage in military conflict with each other.
9. Paloma nor Baustralia shall not be enforced to provide protection to each other, but shall deal with such matters through future agreements.
10. Processes shall begin within Paloma and Baustralia to prepare ambassadors in recognition of heightened relations.
11. Any legal infractions upon either head of state within Paloma or Baustralia shall be pardoned, for better abilities to engage in relations.
12. Paloma may continue to operate the International Museum of Baustralian War Atrocities.
