An Act to Remove the Definitions of the Colours as Defined in the Third Chapter of the Statutes of the Parliament That Sat During the Second Year of the Reign of King John and for Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Colours Act, Bill C761, 2023.
  2. The definitions for the colours within the National Symbols Act, 2 John 1 c. 3 shall be repealed, so as to allow for reproduction of the flag on cloth less restrictive.
