6 John 1, chapter 6

An Act to Authorize the Assumption of County armorials within the Kingdom of Baustralia as described in the Fifth Chapter of the Statute of Parliament that sat during the Sixth Year of the Reign of King John I, to change the shade of blue used on the national flag, to repeal the Third Chapter of the Statute of Parliament that sat during the Second Year of the Reign of King John I, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the National Symbols Act, C631.
  2. The vote on the royal arms failed.
  3. The vote on all county arms passed.
  4. Following the referendum as described in the Fifth Chapter of the Statute of Parliament that sat during the Sixth Year of the Reign of King John I regarding the royal arms of Baustralia, the arms will remain unchanged.
  5. Following the same, county arms of Landspotter, Newport, Dynexistan and Vienna will be replaced where arms are being changed, and introduced in counties without previous arms, as described in the aforementioned Act of Parliament.
  6. The flag of the Kingdom of Baustralia shall be described as Tierced per pale in a ratio of 1:2:1, Azure (7686 C, #1b4990), Argent (pure white), Azure, a Baustralian fish naiant Azure.
  7. When hoisted at an angle of 45° or more, the fish is to be rotated 90° such that it faces the same direction it would had it been hoisted horizontally.
