6 John 1, chapter 40

An Act to Restore the Thirty-Third and Thirty-Fifth Chapters of the Statute of Parliament that sat during the Fourth Year of the Reign of King John, to Amend the Seventh Chapter of the Statute of Parliament that sat during the Fifth Year of the Reign of King John, and for Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Restoration of Legislation Act, T6191, 2023.
  2. 5 John 1 c. 7 section 6, subsections j, and l, shall be removed.
  3. 4 John 1 cc. 33 and 35, shall be restored with the contents of the schedules of this Act.

Schedule A - An Act to Repeal the Ninty-Second Chapter of the Third Year of the Reign of King John, and for Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:
  2. This Act shall be known as the Kapreburg Act, c. 33.
  3. 3 John 1 c. 92 shall be repealed.

Schedule B - An Act to Repeal the Sixty-Sixth, and One Hundred and Third Chapters of the Third Year of the Reign of King John, and for Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:
  2. This Act shall be known as the Paloma Act, c. 35.
  3. 3 John 1 c. 66 shall be repealed.
  4. 3 John 1 c. 103 shall be repealed.
