An Act To Provide For A New Class Of Lords In The House Of Lords, And For Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Lords Appellant Act, C6201, 2023.
  2. Lords Appellant will form a new class of Lords in the House of Lords for the purpose of adjudicating appeals to the King-in-Parliament.
  3. The Lords Appellant will lose party affiliation upon appointment, and sit with the government bench.
