An Act to Dissolve the Equalities Office and Incorporate the Duties of the Equalities Office into the Interior Office, and for Purposes Connected Therewith

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, the following:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Secretaries of State (No. 4) Act, 2023, Bill C6191.
  2. Due to the ineffectiveness and waste of resources it is deemed to be, the Equalities Office is hereby dissolved.
  3. The duties of the Equalities Office are to be given to the Interior Office.
  4. The position of Secretary of State for Equalities will also be dissolved.
