6 John 1, chapter 32

An Act to Amend the Succession Law of the Baustralian Throne, and for Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Succession Law (Modifications, No. 2) Act, 2023, Bill C6181.
  2. The Succession Law (Modifications) Act, 6 John 1 c. 18’s short title shall be amended to read Succession Law (Modifications, No. 1) Act, and the following amendments made hereto:
  3. The Line will be amended to descendants of King John.
  4. If no heir is established prior to the demise of the Throne, only then shall the Line start at H.R.H. the Prince John Dominic, the Duke of Kingston.
