An Act amending the Thirtieth Chapter of the Statute of the Parliament that Sat during the Sixth Year of the Reign of King John

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, the following:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Elections (Amendment) Act, 2023, Bill T6131.
  2. Section 3 of the Elections Act, 2023, shall be amended to read: Elections shall take place on 20 June, annually.
