An Act to Modify Any Peerage Titles of the Rank of Viscount or Baron by removing the “Of” between Rank and Title, and for other Purposes Connected Therewith

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, the following:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Peerage Act, 2023, Bill T6131.
  2. Viscounts of the Peerage of Baustralia who carry a title in the format of Viscount of X will be changed to Viscount X.
  3. Barons of the Peerage of Baustralia who carry a title in the format of Baron of Y will be changed to Baron Y.
