An Act to Delete All Highways from the Baustralian Highway System that are located within a Colony or external territory from the Crown, to assign maintenance of Colonial Routes to the Maintenance Office, and for purposes connected therewith

1. This Act shall be known as the Colonial Routes Act, 2023, C6161.
2. All Baustralian Highways located outside of the Kingdom of Baustralia, except the 1000-series highways, shall be deleted from the Baustralian Highway System.
3. Affected routes, available in a list in the schedule of this Act, will be downgraded to Colonial Routes, except where a Colonial Route already runs concurrently.
4. Baustralian Highways will remain maintained by the Routes Office, while the Colonial Routes shall be maintained by the Maintenance Office.
