An Act to Consolidate Various Duties from Various Offices relating to Forestry and Route Maintenance, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. This Act shall be referred to as the Maintenance Office Act, 2022, Bill C6151.
  2. The Maintenance Office will be formed, chaired by a Secretary of State for Maintenance.
  3. From the Routes Office, the maintenance of the verges of any roads shall fall upon the Maintenance Office.
  4. From the Interior Office, the implementation of laws relating to hunting, and forests or other woodlands, shall fall upon the Maintenance Office.
  5. A constabulary shall be raised, subordinate to the Maintenance Office, to be called the Forest Service, for enforcement of the terms in section 4.
