6 John 1, chapter 24

An Act to Sever Duties of the Equality and Economic Inclusion Office into the Economy Office and the Equalities Office, to Form the Position of Secretary of State for Equality, to Restore the Position of Secretary of State for the Economy and for purposes connected therewith

  1. This Act shall be referred to as the Secretaries of State (No. 3) Act, 2022, C6141.
  2. The Economy Office will be restored to its state before the Secretaries of State (No. 2) Act.
  3. The Equalities Office will discharge the other roles and powers granted to the former Equality and Economic Inclusion Office in section four of the aforementioned Act, not previously under the jurisdiction of the Economy Office.
