An Act to Form and Define the Equality and Economic Inclusion Office from the Economy Office, to Form the Position of Secretary of State for Equality and Economic Inclusion from the Position of Secretary of State for the Economy, to Amend the Third Chapter of the Statute of Parliament that sat during the Sixth Year of the Reign of King John, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. This Act shall be referred to as the Secretaries of State (No. 2) Act, 2022, C661.
  2. The first Section of the Third Chapter of the Statute of Parliament that sat during the Sixth Year of the Reign of King John shall be amended to read: This Act shall be known as the Secretaries of State (No. 1) Act, 2022, Bill C611.
