An Act to establish the Municipality and Constituency of Bowmanton in the County of Newport

  1. This Act shall be known as the Bowmanton Act, 2022, T681.
  2. At the point where Bowmanton Road of Northumberland County in Ontario becomes a trail, Bowmanton will be formed off the territory on the west side of the road until the road meets a farm trail south of Morris Road. It will extend west and hug the thin clearing of trees up to the origin point.
  3. Bowmanton Road in this portion will be designated Highway 94, and the former Highway 94 will extend Highway 18.
  4. A constituency in Parliament shall be formed for the municipality.
