An Act Regarding Activities Deemed Acceptable within the Parliament, and for purposes connected therewith

Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, and with the consent of the Current Commons assembled:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Political Activities Act, 2022, C-50.
  2. No member shall buy, or coerce someone through employment, promotion, or other bribes, to vote for a candidate or party.
  3. Removed.
  4. A member who is in violation of this Act will be dismissed from the Parliament.
  5. No criminal charges will be laid against a member who is in violation of this Act.
  6. Removed.

Schedule - Cabinet Order regarding the Political Activities Act

  1. Political parties in violation of this Act have thirty days from the point of enactment to reorganize.
  2. As of the date of enactment, the following parties are affected:-
    1. Communist Party of Baustralia
