An Act Regarding the Bill Citations Used In the Parliament of Baustralia, and For Purposes Connected Therewith

  1. This Act shall be known as the Citation (Bills) Act, 2022, T-50.
  2. Bill citations in the Parliament shall take the form of:
    1. “Bill”
    2. Legislature originally introduced
      1. “C-”, Commons
      2. “L-”, Lords
      3. “T-”, Throne
      4. “P-”, Knights, Flag and General officers, and civil servants.
    3. Regnal year
    4. Number of bill
  3. All Acts of Parliament will be marked with the bill citation in descending order by reading, i.e., 3rd, 2nd, 1st reading, e.g. C-548, C-524, C-512.
