An Act to Criminalize the Act of Manslaughter

Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:

  1. This Act shall be known as the Criminalization of Manslaughter Act, c. 9.
  2. Any man who by negligence or recklessness, causes the death of another person, or injuries which prove fatal, has committed the offence of manslaughter.
  3. This offence is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
