An Act regarding Fraud

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:

  1. This Act shall be known as the Fraud Act, c. 8.
  2. Any man who deceives, or otherwise misleads, a person to secure unfair or unlawful gain, or to deprive one of a legal right, is guilty of fraud.
  3. This offence carries a fine of 10 boercs.
