An Act regarding Assault and Battery

  1. This Act shall be known as the Assault and Battery Act, c. 7.
  2. Any man who threatens an individual with physical harm, or attempts to cause physical harm to an individual, is guilty of assault. This carries a fine of 10 boercs.
  3. Any man who causes physical harm, or otherwise unwanted physical contact, to an individual, is guilty of battery. This carries a fine of 20 boercs.
