An Act to Criminalize the Act of Theft
Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11
Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:
- This Act shall be known as the Criminalization of Theft Act, c. 6.
- Any man who steals, or otherwise takes property belonging to another individual without their consent, is guilty of theft.
- Theft under the value of 1,000 boercs is punishable with a fine not exceeding double the value of the items stolen.
- Theft over the value of 1,000 boercs is punishable with a fine not exceeding 500 boercs more than double the value of the items stolen.
