An Act to Modify the Oaths of Office to Conform with the New Royal Styles
- This Act shall be known as the Oaths Act, c. 50.
- This Act modifies the Constitution Act, that is the Second Chapter of the Statute of the Parliamentary Session that sat in the Second Year of the Reign of King John I.
- The Oaths shall be changed to read:-
- House of Lords, Commons, and Other Government Positions

- I, name, do promise that I will bear true allegiance to His Majesty John I of Baustralia, King, His Heirs and Successors, and that I will observe the laws of Baustralia and fulfil my duties as a Baustralian citizen.
- Armed Forces
- I, name, do solemnly swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty John I by the Grace of God of Baustralia, King, His Heirs and Successors. So, help me God.
- I, name, do promise that I will bear true allegiance to His Majesty John I of Baustralia, King, His Heirs and Successors.
