An Act to Criminalize the Act of Murder Against Another Person
Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11
Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:
- This Act shall be known as the Criminalization of Murder Act, c. 5.
- Any man who plans and executes a murder, or hires someone to murder, has committed the offence of premeditated murder. This is punishable by up to life imprisonment.
- Any man who kills, or causes the killing of, another person has committed the offence of murder. This is punishable by up to 50 years imprisonment.
