An Act to Criminalize the Act of Murder Against Another Person

Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:

  1. This Act shall be known as the Criminalization of Murder Act, c. 5.
  2. Any man who plans and executes a murder, or hires someone to murder, has committed the offence of premeditated murder. This is punishable by up to life imprisonment.
  3. Any man who kills, or causes the killing of, another person has committed the offence of murder. This is punishable by up to 50 years imprisonment.
