An Act to Establish Minimum Limits to Wages

  1. This Act shall be known as the Salaries Act, c. 4.
  2. It is unlawful for an employer in the Kingdom of Baustralia to pay his employees less than 3 boercs an hour.
  3. Any employer in violation of this Act shall award any employees lost wages, and pay a fine of 50 boercs.
