An Act Regarding Corporate Tax
Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11
Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:
- This Act shall be known as the Corporate Tax Act, c. 24.
- All businesses must set 10% of their net income to be submitted to the Revenue Office annually.
- No company may claim any of the tax, nor may collect taxes on behalf of the Revenue Office.
