An Act Regarding the Authority of the House of Lords to Try Cases as A Court of Law

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious Majesty, and with the Consent of the Current Commons assembled, after the destruction of the original Act, the following:

  1. This Act shall be known as the House of Lords (Powers) Act, c. 13.
  2. The House of Lords shall Act as the highest Court of Appeals in Baustralia, and have authority to handle any legal matters.
  3. It’s primary function is to handle all appeals from the Supreme Court of Baustralia, or cases involving members of the Supreme Court.
