An Act regarding Blackmail and for purposes connected therewith

Preface

  1. Blackmail shall be defined as “the action of demanding money from someone in return for not revealing compromising information about them” (Blackmail 2005)
  2. This Act shall be known as the Blackmail Act, 2020.
