An Act regarding the legalization of groups founded for the purpose of discriminating a certain group or groups of people

Terms

1. This act shall be known as the Discriminatory Groups Act, 2020.
2. Any future and pre-existing groups that focus on the discrimination of another person(s) shall be deemed illegal (eg. Klu Klux Klan, Aryan Brotherhood, Atomwaffen Division etc.).
3. Any existing groups will be given a 7 day grace period to disband until legal action is conducted.
4. If there is sufficient evidence against an individual they may be arrested and tried in a court of law.
5. The maximum penalty will be 5 months in prison and/or a fine of 1,000 Boercs (equivalent to $700 CAD).
