An Act regarding punishments for crimes that have been repealed, and for purposes connected therewith

Repealed by Statute Law Reform Act, 8 John 1 c. 11

Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of Parliament assembled, as follows–

  1. This Act shall be known as Repealed Crimes (Punishments) Act, 2020.
  2. At the time of the enaction of an Act legalizing a crime, a prisoner charged with that crime will remain imprisoned until the end of the session of Parliament to avoid an Act being illegalized soon after release.
